Uptime Solutions utilizes the same browser interface as our CLINICAL WINDOW VIEWER technology, meaning end-users can readily access data when systems are down.

• Patient Census – View a census of patients at the physician or nurse unit level, or perform a custom search.
• Core Clinical Results – Clinicians can access lab results, radiology reports, and transcribed documents.
• Additional Clinical Data – Gather data from any hospital system and use the viewer to access it during downtime. Display vital signs, I&O, orders, height, weight, allergies, and medication profiles. Make images such as radiology images, photographs, and document images available for physicians to view.
• Display face sheets and other A/D/T information.

To complement its powerful interface, Uptime Solutions offers a full array of optional tools that extend downtime functionality and limit disruption to patient care services.

• Departmental Orders Work Queue – Let ancillary staff view and process orders when systems are down.
• Downtime Registration (“mini-reg”) – when your A/D/T system is down, use mini-reg for getting patients registered, transferred and discharged. Registration transactions are interfaced to downstream systems so that patient care and charging are not disrupted. Once back online, automatically synchronize your Downtime registration transactions with your primary registration system.
• Network Down Backup Tools – IWT offers a local repository of short term data on each nurse unit, for continued access to data even when the network is down. Or a paper backup option is available for printing key patient data from the server for manual distribution to the nurse units.
• Data Input – Vital signs, nursing assessment, and orders can be entered in Uptime, and interfaced back to your main clinical system once it’s back up.
